At Gold of America, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item in accordance with the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.

  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories must be included.

  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved or special-order pieces).

  • Items purchased as final sale.

  • Items that have been altered or resized by a third party.

If your order falls into one of these categories, it will be clearly stated at checkout or on the product page.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team at

Once your return request is approved:

  1. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Attach the return label and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location.

All domestic U.S. returns include free return shipping — no restocking or handling fees will apply.


4. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for funds to appear in your account.

If the item is not eligible for a refund (e.g., used, missing packaging, or damaged), it will be shipped back to you at your expense.


5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product:

  • Follow the return process above.

  • Once your original item is received, we will ship your replacement item at no additional cost.

If the desired replacement is unavailable, you may request a store credit or a full refund.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@goldofamerica.com.

  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for faster processing.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


7. International Returns

Currently, Gold of America primarily ships within the United States.
If you are an international customer, please contact us before making a return to discuss shipping arrangements.
Return shipping fees for international orders may apply.


8. Additional Information

  • Refund Method: Original payment method only (no cash refunds).

  • Processing Time: Typically 5–10 business days total.

  • Restocking Fees: None.

  • Shipping Costs: Free for domestic returns.
